a) How do I track my order?

We will give you an order number after you pay. You can track your order by using the order number on our website. You can also contact our customer service representatives via email or Live Chat.

b) How far in advance should I order my fur items before events? How long does it take for me to receive my items?

Please place your order as far in advance of your any date as possible. It is suggested to place an order 1 months before your party day. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.

We will start to make your fur items in 24 hours after your successful payment. Usually it takes about 10-15 days for you to receive the fur items after placing an order on our website. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy.

c) What forms of payment does wowfur.com accept?

Currently, we do not accept cash, checks or money order. We only accept Credit Card,Paypal ,Western Unoin Banker Transfer. More payment methods may be accepted in short future.

d) Is it safe to send my debit/credit card details over the web?

Yes. We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe. About the security problem, you can check more details in the Privacy Policy.

e) About the Price

Each product will be marked with a price, but it is not final. If you have the extra requirements, we will charge some extra according to your selection. The final price will be displayed after you complete your order. For more information, please check New User Guide.

f) Are the fur items just the same as the samples shown in the images?

Yes, we’re always trying to ensure the images to show the actual look. However, a slight chromatic aberration is allowed due to the different display resolutions. We hope you can understand. Moreover, please NOTICE that the style of the Closure and Train may differ from the sample according to your choice, and the handmade details such as hand-pleating may not be exactly the same as the picture because of its irregularity. However, the fabric and material will be the same as what you can see on the webpages.

g) Do you have any offline retail stores?

Not yet. Currently, our company hasn't launched any offline store, so all business is done online. However, we are looking for partners who run physical stores (any department store or Luxury specialist shop). If you have resources, or if you are willing to cooperate with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.

h) All of these are real fur ?

At wowfur.com, All of the items are farm genuine fur not from any wildanimals. we are working hard to help you find the most complete collection of fur items that are suited for almost any occasion and any outfits.

I) How to maintain fur ?

All our items are 100% real fur, furs shoulde be cleaned by professional fur dry cleaners only.

We suggest keeping your furs in the garment bags sent to you with your order when not being worn,when furs arrive we suggest hanging them up to resume to their normal shape after being packaged & to allow loose fur to come off. In the first instance of wearing your fur you may notice loose fur transferring onto your clothing,this can be removed by hand or a lint roller and will only happen on the first couple of wears before loose fur comes off completely.

Anti-moist and ant-heat. Fur bigger enemy is the sun and moisture, so it is important to avoid direct sunlight and hot humid place when placing the fur.

Avoid chemicals-Don't use the perfume and har spray once wearing fur products,as these chemicals alcoholic will make fur to be dry

 Accidents handing-If fur is wet by rain or water, do not intent to use a hair dryer, as the fur can not be exposed to heat.You could hang the wet fur products in a dry place,let it to be dryed naturall
